Offers are subject to stock availability. Seller may make non-material changes (updates, packaging, colors).  <\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orders are binding upon validation\/confirmation. Seller may refuse an order in case of anomaly, incomplete information, prior dispute, or overdue payments. <\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prices are in euros excluding VAT. VAT and any applicable charges are added at checkout \/ on the invoice. <\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Delivery \u2013 Area \u2013 Free Shipping Threshold \u2013 Shipping Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5.1 Delivery area<\/strong>: European Union only, excluding Switzerland and excluding the United Kingdom (UK).<br \/>\n<strong>5.2 Free standard shipping<\/strong>: for any order \u2265 EUR 250 ex. VAT, delivered to one address<br \/>\n<strong>5.3 If threshold not met<\/strong>: flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 20 ex. VAT per order (standard delivery, one address).<br \/>\n<strong>5.4 Lead times<\/strong>: indicative only. Delays do not entitle Customer to cancel, penalties, or deductions unless agreed in writing. <\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Inspection \u2013 Claims \u2013 Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customer must inspect shipments upon delivery and record any visible issues on the carrier\u2019s delivery note.<br \/>\nAny claim (damage, shortage, non-conformity) must be notified in writing within 8 days from delivery, with supporting evidence (photos, delivery note, batch\/lot).<br \/>\nReturns require Seller\u2019s prior written approval (RMA) and products must be in original packaging and resalable condition, unless a defect is acknowledged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7) Payment (Prepayment \u2013 Before Dispatch)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before dispatch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit\/debit card via the website, or<\/li>\n<li>Bank transfer (shipment occurs after cleared funds are received).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8) Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For an acknowledged defect, Seller may repair, replace, or refund at its option. Exclusions include normal wear, misuse, improper storage, modification, accident, negligence. <\/p>\n<p><strong>9) Risk of Loss<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk transfers to Customer upon handover to the carrier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10) Retention of Title<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Title remains with Seller until full payment (principal and ancillary sums). Seller may reclaim goods in case of non-payment. <\/p>\n<p><strong>11) Liability \u2013 Limitation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seller is liable only for direct damages. Indirect damages (loss of profit, business interruption, reputation, etc.) are excluded. Seller\u2019s aggregate liability is capped at the ex. VAT amount paid for the relevant order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>12) Governing Law \u2013 Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These T&amp;Cs are governed by French law.
